COO of Arariel Inc. and founder of MasPender., Akiyama is the origin of every story woven into the brand’s jewelry.
After graduating from university, he worked at a jewelry store before founding SherryRanticca at the age of 25. In 2020, he launched MasPender. and began his journey as a jeweler.
He is one of the few jewelers in the world to have worked with rare red diamonds. Supported by master artisans, the brand has created numerous bespoke jewelry pieces over the past five years, including a single commission exceeding JPY 50 million in value.
MasPender. creates bespoke jewelry by listening closely to each client’s story and translating their wishes into one-of-a-kind creations.
While pursuing the highest level of jewelry creation, his philosophy of cherishing customers encountering their first fine jewelry lights the future of the jewelry industry.
Ando began creating jewelry while studying at a vocational school, working simultaneously at a jewelry store.
After graduation, he established his own atelier and contributed to the launch of multiple jewelry brands and departments. He has served as MasPender.’s Production Director since its inception.
His exceptional ability to translate Akiyama’s vision into form brings each design into perfect balance. Trusted deeply by artisans and producer alike, he is known as a “translator of beauty,” turning trust into brilliance.
