・Orders are generally shipped via Japan Post.
・For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal service conditions.

RETURN Returns

Returns and Refunds
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of personal preference or customer convenience.
Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is packed securely with appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that exchanges are not available, as many of our jewelry pieces are one of a kind.
Return Period
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
If a return is accepted because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
