RETURN Returns

Returns and Refunds: We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of personal preference or customer convenience.

Returns and refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please note that exchanges are not available, as many of our jewelry pieces are one of a kind.
