We sell jewelry, accessories, limited items, one-of-a-kind products, made-to-order products, custom-order products, and other related items.

Due to the nature of natural stones and handmade products, individual differences may occur in color, pattern, shape, inclusions, texture, and other characteristics.

Product images may also appear different from the actual product depending on the viewing environment, display settings, and photography conditions.

Such differences may naturally arise from the characteristics of the products and do not necessarily indicate defects.

4. Order Process and Formation of Contract

  1. The customer places an order through this website.
  2. An automatic order receipt email is sent by the Company.
  3. The Company confirms the stock status, order details, payment status, delivery availability, and other necessary matters.
  4. A sales contract is formed at the earlier of the time when the Company sends a separate order acceptance notice or the time when the product is shipped.

The automatic email is a notice of receipt of the order and does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

If there is a reasonable reason, including but not limited to lack of stock, pricing errors, suspicion of fraudulent use, delivery restrictions, insufficient required information, or other similar circumstances, the Company may refuse or cancel the order.

5. Prices

The product price shall be the amount displayed in Japanese yen (JPY) on this website at the time of order.

The Company¡Çs standard currency for sales prices, payments, refunds, and other transaction-related matters is Japanese yen (JPY).

Currency conversion fees and other charges may be incurred depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution used by the customer.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the product prices displayed on this website do not include shipping fees, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or any other import-related costs.

Such costs may be incurred separately depending on the order details, destination country, customs procedures, and other factors, and shall be borne by the customer.

7. Delivery and Handover

The Company ships products from Japan.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, delivery company circumstances, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors.

For orders from the EU, we may, for the time being, ask customers to contact us in advance in order to confirm delivery conditions, customs duties and VAT, returns and withdrawal rights, the handling of personal data, and other relevant matters.

(1) In-stock Products

For regular products that are in stock, we aim to ship within seven business days after payment confirmation or order confirmation.

(2) Made-to-order and Custom-order Products

Made-to-order products, resized products, engraved products, custom-order products, and similar items require production time.

The estimated delivery time will be stated on each product page or provided individually.

(3) Delivery Restrictions

If delivery to the destination country is difficult or prohibited due to legal, logistical, operational, or other reasons, the Company may refuse the order or suspend shipment.

8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of and risk in the products shall transfer in accordance with applicable laws and delivery terms.

However, this clause shall not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable laws.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

After an order has been confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted unless permitted under applicable laws or exceptionally approved by the Company.

For the following products, cancellation is, in principle, not possible once production or individual handling has begun:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom-order products
  • Engraved products
  • Resized products
  • Products modified according to the customer¡Çs individual request

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Customers¡Ç Statutory Rights

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed for reasons attributable to the customer.

However, if the product is damaged, defective upon arrival, incorrectly delivered, or if the customer is entitled to returns, cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights under applicable consumer protection laws, we will respond in accordance with such laws.

Where mandatory laws applicable to consumers residing in the EU/EEA apply, the customer may, in principle, have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

However, under applicable laws, the following products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products made according to the customer¡Çs specifications
  • Products clearly personalized for the customer
  • Products that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise processed
  • Products that are deemed unsuitable for return under applicable laws

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal or any other statutory right, the customer must notify the Company by a clear statement within the applicable period.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

(1) Defective Products and Incorrect Delivery

If the product is damaged, defective upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within seven days after receipt of the product.

The Company will take appropriate measures, including exchange, repair, refund, or other appropriate action, in accordance with applicable laws.

(2) Returns Based on the Right of Withdrawal

If a valid right of withdrawal applies, the customer shall return the product in accordance with the Company¡Çs instructions.

Unless otherwise provided by law or instructed by the Company, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable laws, in principle using the original payment method, after the Company has received the returned product or confirmed proof of return shipment.

(3) Returns Not Based on Defects or Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer for the following products:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom-order products
  • Products whose nature makes resale difficult

12. Statutory Guarantees

Customers may have statutory guarantees or other mandatory rights under applicable consumer laws.

These Terms do not exclude or limit such statutory rights.

13. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import-related Costs

For orders involving international delivery, customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, and other taxes or public charges may be imposed under the laws of the importing country.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, such costs shall be borne by the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay such costs and, as a result, the product is returned, abandoned, disposed of, or otherwise handled, the Company may, to the extent permitted by law, deduct shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs-related costs, handling fees, and other related costs before issuing any refund or taking other action.

14. Accuracy of Website Information

The Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, stock information, and other information on this website. However, obvious errors, technical errors, delays in stock synchronization, or similar issues may occur.

If such an obvious error is discovered, the Company may cancel the order and refund any amount already received.

RETURN Returns

Returns and Refunds
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of personal preference or customer convenience.

Returns and refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please note that exchanges are not available, as many of our jewelry pieces are one of a kind.
Return Period
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
If a return is accepted because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
